Prices and accuracy of information
All online product prices include 22% VAT on products. Prices are in Euros (EUR). Prices on the SPOCKS website are valid at the time of placing the order and are subject to change without prior notice. The prices shown are for online shopping only. When confirming the purchase, the price listed for each product on the website is the final selling price of such product and cannot be changed after order confirmation. The prices are the recommended selling prices of the manufacturer or distributor or are formulated by the seller himself. Shipping costs are not included in the product price.
The seller endeavors to ensure that the information provided on the website is kept up to date and accurate. If the price of a product changes during the processing of the order, the seller shall allow the customer to withdraw from the purchase or shall find a solution to their mutual satisfaction. The purchase contract between the seller and the customer is concluded at the moment the seller confirms the order. From that moment all prices and other conditions are fixed and apply to both the seller and the customer.
The seller is not liable for the accuracy and completeness of the information provided on the pages of the online shop and for the accuracy and completeness of text, video, image or audio material. Product images are for illustrative purposes only and may differ from the actual product.
Orders via the online shop
Online ordering is available 24/7, every day in the year. The customer selects and orders the products available in the online store, classified into categories. We accept orders made online and via e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org.
After placing the order, the customer receives an e-mail notification that the order has been accepted. It contains the list of products and quantities selected by the customer. Accepted orders are considered irrevocable and will be executed.

Orders made via the e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org must include the name and surname of the addressee / customer, street address, postal code and place, contact telephone number and e-mail address, product name and other necessary specifications.

Accepted orders are considered irrevocable and will be executed. If you wish to withdraw from the order, please notify us by e-mail at email@example.com within 3 hours after placing the order at the latest.
Rejection of an order
The seller reserves the right to refuse an order which cannot be executed under the above conditions and the information available. If the customer has already made an advance payment or payment via PayPal, the payment including the shipping costs shall be returned to the customer via bank transfer as soon as possible.
Secure shopping, right of withdrawal and return of goods
The return period for the goods you have purchased is 44 days.
In accordance with the provisions of 43.č. of the Consumer Protection Act (ZvPot), the customer has the right to inform the seller within fourteen (14) days from the receipt of the goods that he / she is withdrawing from the order / contract, by contacting the seller at firstname.lastname@example.org without having to state a reason for his / her decision.
A notification is considered to be timely if it is sent in writing or by e-mail within 14 days from the receipt of goods. The return of the goods to SPOCKS, ERIK KVERH S.P., Potok pri Dornberku 18A, 5294 Dornberk, Slovenia, must be made within 30 days from sending the notification. Costs incurred as a result of withdrawal are charged to the customer (shipping costs).
Products must be unused, undamaged and in original packaging with all documents included. The seller is not obliged to accept C.O.D. shipments or shipments that are not in accordance with the general terms and conditions of the seller.
Upon receipt of unused, undamaged goods in the same quantity and in the original packaging, we shall refund the payments made in accordance with the law (as soon as possible, but not later than 30 days after receipt of the goods). When returning the goods, please provide us with the invoice for the goods and personal information, as well as the transaction account where you would like the payment to be returned. If you pay via PayPal, you are required to request a refund via the PayPal website.
The customer shall not have the right to withdraw from the contract or from purchasing the goods which have been made upon the customers’ wishes, or if it was tailored to the personal needs of the customer.

Replacement of goods
If you are not satisfied with the product you bought, you can easily exchange it for another product of equal value. In this case, the shipping costs are borne by you. The product must be returned unused, undamaged and in the original packaging.
If you want to return the products because they show signs of a defect, are faulty or not as advertised, a claim must be sent to the address (e-mail address) of the seller. If the claim is justified, the customer has the right to choose another product from the offer, to request a credit or a refund.
If a claim cannot be handled immediately due to a faulty product, the seller shall draw up a complaint protocol and have the goods analyzed to confirm or reject the reasons for filing the claim. The costs of analysis shall be borne by the seller only if the claim is justified, otherwise the costs shall be borne by the customer.
The customer shall return the products by post at their own expense. C.O.D. shipments shall not be accepted.
If the customer notices that the item or package is physically damaged, lacks content or shows signs of opening, the customer shall file a complaint with the delivery service by filling out the Damaged shipment record (form available at the post office) before accepting the package. At the same time, the customer shall notify the seller about the damaged shipment by sending an e-mail at email@example.com.
In case you receive a wrong or a faulty product, inform us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org. We shall exchange or refund your product, with shipping costs being covered by us.

Advance payment via bank transfer
A pro forma invoice with the terms of payment for the bank transfer is sent to the customer’s e-mail address. The shipment is shipped to the customer when the seller receives the advance payment via bank transfer. The pro forma invoice is valid for 8 days from its receipt at the customer’s e-mail.
The seller shall provide an invoice for the customer on a durable medium. The purchase contract (order) shall be kept in electronic form with the seller.
The average delivery time for products in stock is 3 to 7 working days or as stated. If the delivery time is longer, we will inform you within 48 hours. The average delivery time for out-of-stock products is longer and takes 4 to 10 working days, or more in exceptional cases. All products are custom made, therefore, delivery times may vary.
When ordering out-of-stock products, we suggest contacting us at email@example.com. We will be happy to tell you how long it takes to get the product you want.
Shipments are delivered from Monday to Friday. Orders confirmed on Friday will be shipped on Monday. If the seller cannot complete the order within 7 working days, he shall deliver to the customer only the products in stock. The remaining products shall be sent by the seller to the customer as soon as possible, at no additional shipping cost to the customer.
Delivery cost in Slovenia is 1,4€ without tracking number. Delivery cost in Slovenia with tracking number is 2,5€
Delivery cost in Slovenia for C.O.D. shipments is EUR 4€.
Free delivery with tracking applies to orders over EUR 55€ within Slovenia.
Delivery cost for other EU countries is 4€ for standard delivering without tracking number option (Up to 8 days). Shipping with tracking will be charged 6.5 € (2-5 days).
Free delivery with tracking applies to orders over EUR 85€ within EU.
We are not responsible for damaged shipments, delivery delays and lost shipments.
The seller shall use personal information solely for the purpose of fulfilling the order (sending information materials, offers, invoices) and other necessary communication. The user's data shall not be made available or disclosed to unauthorized persons. Only the user’s address shall be made available to the delivery service (the contractual partner for the delivery of our products is Pošta Slovenije). The seller shall contact the customer through means of remote communication only when the customer does not explicitly oppose to it.
With the registration, the website visitor allows the seller to collect and use the personal information entered during the registration. All information provided by the website visitor at the registration is intended solely for the business of the seller and shall not be made available for other purposes or communicated to a third party. Information collected and processed by the online shop is only disclosed in an emergency if such an obligation is laid down by law or in good faith that such action is necessary for proceedings before the courts or other state authorities and for the protection and pursuit of the legitimate interests of the online shops. We are not liable for any damage which may arise from unauthorized intrusion into the computer system.
The user is also responsible for the protection of personal data by ensuring the security of his username and password and the appropriate software (anti-virus) protection of his / her computer. The seller is not responsible for the accuracy of the data entered by the user.
